2. Ready to make an offer
We'll provide all the key information to ensure you're comfortable with submitting a letter of intent. Our team can assist with drafting the document. Once we have an agreement on the letter of intent, your lawyer will draw up the final offer to purchase.
From there, we work together with the sellers key business partners (OEM’s) and finance companies for approvals, assisting in clearing any conditions.
